Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground turkey (93% lean or leaner)

  • 2 tbsp garlic-infused olive oil

  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper

  • 2 tbsp chopped green onion tops (green part only)

  • 2 tbsp gluten-free low sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger

How to Make It:

  1. Sauté the Turkey
