Ingredients:
- 150g (5.3 oz) dairy-free dark chocolate (Low-FODMAP certified)
- 125g (4.4 oz) dairy-free margarine or coconut oil
- 150g (5.3 oz) maple syrup or coconut sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 80g (2.8 oz) gluten-free plain flour (Low-FODMAP certified)
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 scoop Low-FODMAP chocolate protein powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon salt (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat & Prep: Heat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tin with parchment paper.
- Melt: Melt chocolate and margarine in a heatproof bowl over simmering water (or microwave in short bursts). Stir until smooth.
